Does anyone have access to any type of resources that would assist in the actual methodology of training an Ox team...
and are Randall Cattle available, as yet, in Nova Scotia???

The best place to start answering your questions is probably the Rural Heritage website's section on oxen. They also have a Ox Teams For Sale directory, and often have Randall teams listed. I don't know if Randalls have yet made it to Nova Scotia.

Ox training methodology seems to vary a lot according to which teamster you're talking to.
