Hello All,I am new here, but not new to linebacks.I have never heard them called Randall Linebacks before.
I happened across this site while looking for info on an AI bull that I bought semen from 91RL5255 PHELAN.I would like pedigree info on this bull(milk records on the dam)I am assuming that these are milk cows?????
Our herd is on rotation pasture through the summer months and we like the lineback cattle because they are good grazers. One lineback cow has produced 125---117----117 lbs milk per day for her first three tests.

I asked my AI supplier to get me some lineback semen and this is what he brought. After looking into it more I guess I should have been more specific but I did not know there were two kinds of lineback cattle.

Are you certain that it is Randall semen? I have been on two waitinglists for 3 years. I was offered a couple of calves last fall But was unable to find the money to purchase them. As for the papers I think that is Phil's job but not sure.

I think it may actually be Randall semen, probably the first to be offered commercially. A bull named Phelan spent time at Dependa-Bull semen service in Verona NY recently, so it could be him, but I don't know any more than that.
